DHV and CIICA at the Bundestag, Germany

Harald Seidler as chair of the new German organisation DHV and Vice Chair of CIICA, and himself a CI user in addition to being an ENT professional, presented about the impact ofhearing loss and the costs to society on untreated hearing loss to the politicians at the Bundestag.

The figures are striking and Harald made the strong case that managing hearing loss well changes lives and saves society money. A great topic for World Hearing Day 2023!

Harald shared information about CI and about CIICA as part of the presentations to influence awareness in this important group.
