CICADA Queensland is a completely independent not-for-profit support group staffed by volunteers. Our mission is to embrace individuals from all walks of life throughout their hearing loss journey. We provide support to those who are just beginning to explore hearing implants, including cochlear implants, as well as those who are established implant users. Whether you identify as Deaf or Hard of Hearing, use Auslan or spoken language as your primary communication method, or need assistance for yourself, your family, or friends, CICADA Queensland is here to support you on your hearing implant journey. We welcome all hearing implant solutions as part of our community.
