REHABILITATION FOR ADULTS: THE VIEW FROM AUSTRIA

Tobias Fischer, of  the Austrian Cochlear Implant Group, shared interesting results of a consultation they carried out in Austria with adults with CI about the lack of  rehabilitation there and particularly residential rehabilitation.

They carried out three consultations and you can see the results here.

Tobias was the first child to be implanted in Germany and has just become Vice President of EURO-CIU.  Here he is with Robert Mandara, the new President.
