Help wanted for strategic planning

Steve Kittur of CHISLO in Kenya is asking

“We’re now trying to craft our strategic plans to implement CIICA visions/missions. Since we all have a similar universal goal, I wish to inquire if there are any relevant strategic plan templates out there that we can adopt here to fulfil our common mission?”
