TUESDAY 8 JULY 5.00PM UK; 6.00pm CET; 1.00PM EST; 9.00AM PT; 9.30PM India; 11.00PM Vietnam

No Awareness, No Information, No Demand, No Services!

Carolina Der commented at our last Conversation This is an opportunity to discuss things which are so important and probably the best ideas and the best initiatives start in a conversation like this so keep going!

So we are and invite you to join the group to look at ways of raising awareness of CI for infants and children where there are few resources and little capacity to provide services. How do we do this, provide information and support people to advocate for services?

If you are interested in advocating for equity of access to CI and service for infants and children in Low and Middle Income Countries you will find this  CIICA Conversation interesting.   CIICA Conversations are focussed for one hour, and captioning is provided in English and other languages on request.

This lively conversation will be led by Carolina Der, WHO, and Paige Stringer of the Global Foundation for Children with Hearing Loss, USA,  with Eddie Mukaaya Hear His Voice Uganda, Vahishtai Daboo, Integrated, India,  Marcela Varela,  proud mum, Colombia,  Katalin Gal, Romania and Liubov Wolowik, the Lehnhardt Foundation, Tanya Saunders, a parent from UK and Giovanna Troncoso, a parent from Panama.

Do join us for the second of this series and contribute to making a difference in challenging environments.
