World Hearing Day 2024 is about Changing Mindsets. How do you change mindsets about deafness in the family and about CI? How does your group do it? Are you successful? Our inspiring conversation with parents and professionals from 16 countries explored how they had changed mindsets- and how much there was left to do.

Parents have been key to driving forward CI services across the globe. Sometimes this is challenging and running family groups can be hard.
