The American CI Alliance have many great resources for Adult Aural Rehabilitation and Tips for CI Users. These resources are free to download and include information on Aural Rehabilitation and Tips for a variety of scenarios. Have a look to see what is available to support adult CI use.

The Pandemic has had a huge impact globally - and on those with hearing loss and those with CI. Here you can see videos from a range of CI users, families and service providers illustrating the challenges the pandemic has brought and what they have learnt from it.

The Living Guidelines Project aims at producing evidence based guidelines for CI in adults, to ensure that those who need CIs get the best possible services. The British Association of Teachers of the Deaf have many resources for teachers and parents and young people on their website. They publish annual reports about teh figures for deaf children in the UK and resources about managing Listening and Cognitive Effort. Do have a look and they are downloadable.

The Real Cost of Hearing Loss looks at the cost of unaddressed hearing loss to the individual and to society. It considers not only economic costs but personal costs.

EuroTrak is the largest comparative multi-country study on hearing loss and hearing aid usage. See the information on the low awareness of CI in UK, France and Germany. What are we doing about this?
