World Hearing Day, March 3 2021
World Hearing Day is celebrated annually on 3 March – this year’s theme is Hearing Care for ALL. SCREEN: REHABILITATE: COMMUNICATE and a lot happened around the world! WHO led the way with their global launch of the World Report on Hearing and exciting events everywhere brought the attention of many to the impact of hearing loss and deafness. The Lancet, 13 March 2021: Data supporting the World Report on Hearing: Hearing loss is the third most common cause of years lived with disability and the first in the over70's.
